Job summary

Intuitive in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage all phases of receipt, storage, movement and shipment of service materials and tools for field service and order fulfillment. You will perform SAP-based transactions, support cycle counting, and coordinate carrier interfaces to ensure timely deliveries.

The role trains peers, audits processes for compliance, and contributes to cross-functional improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and training to logistics coordinator on put-away, 3rd party replenishment, FRU order fulfillment, and worldwide shipments
• Ensure timely shipment of all outbound FRU shipments to meet contractual obligations and customer requirements
• Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to resolve import/export operational issues
• Able to provide backup to Lead / Supervisor(s) during their absence
• Able to resolve receiving and shipping issues
• Reviews shortages for root cause and corrective action problem solving
• Able to process FRU orders for domestic (U.S.) and international customers
• Manage international shipping documentation requirements
• Train in business operations software to record and troubleshoot data; lead safety and 5S improvement projects
• Train and certify use of material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack); audit safety inspections
• Contributing member of cross-functional teams that target continuous improvements for materials management
• Maintain an excellent attendance record
• Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety policies and procedures
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned
• Meet departmental goals/objectives

Primary Function of Position:

This position is responsible for all phases of receipt, movement, storage, tracking, and shipment of service materials and tools required for field service and order fulfillment. Job duties include: materials transactions using SAP and trouble-shooting; perform document and reconcile inventory cycle counts; manages interfaces with delivery carriers; and facilitates support of daily service operations throughout the warehouse. Provides guidance and trains peer members of logistics team; able to independently audit processes and procedures for compliance.
