Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. seeks a Lead Material Support Technician at Davis Monthan AFB to oversee depot material-control and supply functions. This role includes coordinating contractor workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately, and maintaining readiness of personnel and materials.

The Lead will monitor performance, coordinate with Government personnel, and participate in meetings to resolve issues and ensure contract success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in material control, supply, inventory management, logistics or related field.
Proficient with computerized logistics, inventory, or supply-management systems.
Ability to coordinate workloads and communicate with team members and Government personnel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data and transactions.
Ability to follow Air Force, DoD, safety and supply procedures.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate contractor workload requirements and assign tasks among qualified personnel.
Monitor task completion to ensure on-time and accurate performance.
Serve as liaison between Government supervision and Contractor management.
Track workload priorities, staffing, and performance against contract requirements.
Attend Government and Contractor meetings and communicate action items.
Elevate issues requiring Contractor management decisions to the PM.
