Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Lead Supply Technician/Tool Support to support Davis Monthan AFB. The role oversees Contractor Production Support personnel, manages tool-control functions, inventories, and TMDE, and coordinates workload with Government representatives.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply, tool control, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Experience maintaining physical and electronic inventory records.
• Experience using computerized inventory, asset-management, or logistics systems.
• Ability to coordinate workload and assign tasks based on qualifications and requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and coordination of Contractor Production Support personnel.
• Receive work requirements and delegate tasks based on skills, qualifications, certifications, training, and workload.
• Monitor assigned work to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Ensure personnel are trained and certified for assigned duties.
• Identify workload, staffing, training, certification, and operational issues; coordinate priorities.
• Attend required meetings and relay information to management and staff.
• Support management in maintaining workforce coordination and contract performance.
• Report accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and other reportable events per procedures.
• Coordinate with Program Manager on issues requiring management attention.
• Manage, inspect, issue, transport, receive, store, repair, and dispose of tools; oversee TMDE.
