Job summary

Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS) seeks a dedicated Material Handling Testing Engineer to design and execute tests for conveyors, AS/RS, sorters, and robotic handling equipment. You will analyze results, drive root-cause investigations, and collaborate with project teams to ensure safe, reliable performance across deployments.

You will lead testing for Greenfield/Retrofit automated sites, interfacing with suppliers, site managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth go-lives and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of testing engineering experience with material handling equipment.
• Experience managing large systems and automation go-lives.
• Strong analytical and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans for conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, robotics, and lift equipment.
• Analyze test data and report findings to engineering and management.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions to improve quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
