Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads daily workflow for the team and coordinates tasks
• Manages labor, priorities, and progress based on business needs
• Uses order flow, staffing, system information, and constraints to guide decisions
• Communicates priorities, issues, escalations, and status to management and support teams
• Coaches team members, reinforces procedures, and promotes safety and productivity
• Oversees quality, safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance via audits and engagement
• Escalates issues, removes obstacles, and ensures commitments are met
• Utilizes WMS, SAP, shipment software, RF and order management tools
• Models professionalism, accountability, teamwork and policy compliance
