Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of Material Handler or forklift role experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred or can be obtained after hire.
• Basic math skills for counting, loads, and readinɡ tickets.

Responsibilities

• Direct material handling crew to move finished product, raw material, and scrap without interrupting lines.
• Coordinate coverage across takeoffs and bays, prioritize loads, and train handlers.
• Ensure loads follow tickets, build loads accurately, and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Monitor quality and recounts; escalate issues to Shift Supervisor.
