**Job Description:**

Operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp, or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in distribution center or storage yard.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading, unloading, moving, stocking, and staging products and materials using powered industrial equipment. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Inspect assigned equipment daily. Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unloading inbound shipments safely and moving products to storage locations. Efficiently stacking and storing products in appropriate areas.
• Pulling and preparing products for shipment, ensuring the correct number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Moving products from staging and storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free. Reporting quality variances.
• Keeping accurate records and reports to maintain inventory control and security. Assisting in physical inventories and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Following customer requirements and instructions to ensure accuracy, load count, and product stability. Coordinating with other departments like Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance.
• Performing good housekeeping practices and maintaining safety standards. Reporting unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Following all safety rules and reporting non-compliance. Other duties as assigned.

Shift: 2nd shift

Pay: $21.50/hr + $1.00 shift differential = $22.50/hr

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to complete post-hire assessments and obtain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).
• Ability to wear PPE such as protective footwear, eyewear, and gloves as per safety policies.
