Job Opportunity: Warehouse Material Handler

Schedule: Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00AM

Purpose: Maintain warehouse organization, ensure correct staging and loading of shipments, operate forklifts and walkies safely, and perform material handling duties. Reports to shift supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners, and have knowledge of QMS and Lean Warehousing.
• Stage parts for production, complete requisitions, and package inventory for shipment.
• Follow safety policies when using lifting equipment.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness.
• Pick customer orders efficiently to minimize costs and ensure safety.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

• Work with urgency and accountability, with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and RF equipment skills.
• Ability to work in a team and lead when necessary.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility for overtime and shift coverage.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet building, and cross docking.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience.
• Stable work and attendance record.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
