Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Job Purpose: Maintain warehouse orderliness, ensure shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded, and perform material handling for shipping and receiving activities. Ensure safety policies are followed when operating forklifts and walkies. Reports to shift supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
  • Experience with WMS, knowledge of QMS and Lean Warehousing, operating material handling equipment, and using RF scanners.
  • Pull and stage parts, complete requisitions for shortages, package inventory for shipment.
  • Comply with safety policies when using lifting devices and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Learn daily warehouse operations, verify order accuracy, and optimize shipping methods.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work with urgency and accountability, with limited supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF equipment.
  • Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
  • Read, write, and understand English.
  • Attention to detail, good communication, problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and cover other shifts.
  • Experience operating sit-down forklifts and walkies, building and breaking down pallets, cross-docking freight.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of warehouse experience.
  • Stable work and attendance record.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
