Responsibilities:

• Looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our yard team in Brighton, CO.
• 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build working relationships.
• Ability to work with a team in both an office and field environment.
• SAP knowledge, not required but a plus.
• Follow and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Complete and maintain forklift certification.
• Manages the communication and tracking of all pad load outs.
• Assistance with all physical inventory counts.
• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
• Organize and maintain warehouse(s) and inventory yard(s) areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling, stocking, and organizing stock/material on shelving and pallet systems.
• Receive inbound freight and expedited shipments and MRO/Commodity deliveries, ensure documents are complete and accurate, distribute documents and notify recipients per established procedures.
• Manages the timely activities and schedule of the yard team and provides the necessary resources to accomplish tasks set by operations and supply chain management.
• Manages day-to-day planning of the yard, communicating with inspectors, construction foreman, contractors, and fabricators on all their equipment needs ensuring that all work is done safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Inspects materials for quality/defects.
• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near work site.
• Able to identify material by part number or written description.
• Manually moves materials onto or from pallets and shelves.
• Must be comfortable operating forklifts and telehandlers of various sizes and able to pass a certification test.
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
• Cleans work area, machines, and equipment.
• Assembles crates to contain products when required.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.
• Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
