Job summary

This role emphasizes building relationships with families, leading curriculum, and managing day-to-day classroom operations. Candidates should be at least 18, meet state requirements, and be able to work indoors or outdoors

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guidelines compliance.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
