Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in a small group of technicians performing skilled HVAC duties on buildings and equipment in accordance with codes.
• Perform water analysis and chemical treatment of chillers and cooling towers; use testing equipment and detectors.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems up to 720 tons, including piping and control panels.
• Operate a vehicle to locations and maintain tools; document work and materials.
