Qualifications

• Must maintain a current Master’s mechanical license.
• Completion of HVAC trade school or apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HVAC systems according to operation manuals.
• Perform inspections and replace worn components as necessary.
• Maintain CFC certification and handle refrigerant recovery.

Skills

Proper inspection of HVAC equipment

Soldering and brazing techniques

Use of multimeters for troubleshooting

Practical computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Understanding of refrigerant pressure/temperature chart
