The role requires a Texas Master Electrician license, OSHA 30, and a valid driver's license, with up to 10% travel to project sites across the region. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Formación

• Active Texas Master Electrician license with permit-pulling capability.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to regional sites.
• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pull required electrical permits in Texas to keep projects moving.
• Lead and mentor a field crew of electricians for high-quality installations.
• Review drawings and estimate electrical scopes for internal projects and bids.
• Oversee on-site safety compliance and installation quality per codes.
• Coordinate with project managers to resolve technical challenges and prevent delays.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication across field teams.
