Job summary

Bear's Contracting Group in Denton, TX seeks a Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to lead regional projects, driving safety, schedule, and build quality on our commercial sites. You will manage on-site field operations with support from our office and PM team.

Expect 50% travel, OSHA 30 certification, and a strong background in commercial construction. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with an annual bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Proven background managing commercial construction field ops and on-site sub-contractors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for project assignments.
• Experience operating scheduling software and basic office communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site operations to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
• Enforce strict site safety protocols for all workers and subs.
• Coordinate on-site trade crews and resources to maintain workflow.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure alignment with plans, specs, and codes.
• Partner with project managers and office staff to resolve field challenges and delays.
• Maintain field documentation and report progress to stakeholders.
