Cache Creek Casino Resort’s Spa at CCCR is seeking a lead massage therapist to train staff, deliver Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology and Hot Stone therapies, and maintain a premium guest environment. The role requires 500+ hours, a valid CMT certificate, and strong customer service.

The position emphasizes training, inventory control, weekly scheduling, and promoting spa services and products while upholding CCCR policies. Weekend/holiday availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 500 hours as a massage therapist and a valid CMT certificate.
• Three years related experience and/or training; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination.
• Age 18+ and ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff on massage services, body treatments and related retail products.
• Maintain high quality guest service by periodic skill testing of department members.
• Review department schedule daily to ensure staffing efficiency.
• Attend meetings to ensure department performance and service quality.
• Ensure department operates according to CCCR & The Spa policies.
• Perform massage and body treatments as offered by The Spa at CCCR.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and ability to answer related questions.
• Promote and cross-sell spa services and retail products; meet monthly sales goals.
