Job Responsibilities:
- Design personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Create a welcoming and helpful experience for guests.
- Promote client referrals and memberships to grow the clientele.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements:
- Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Carry liability insurance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
