Position Highlights

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Lead Therapist to join our growing RI team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with at least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate quality behavioral health services as a liaison between clients and providers.
  • Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff.
  • Manage treatment services and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience with children, youth, and families.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
