We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Massage Therapist to drive success at our spa. The Lead Therapist will oversee the organization, promotion, development, and supervision of Massage Therapists, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge, personalized, and safe treatments that encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality to customers
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate Massage Therapists for career growth
• Monitor revenue goals and ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Maintain massage therapy rooms with supplies, cleanliness, and orderliness

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of massage experience in a professional setting
• Knowledge of spa and body treatments preferred
• Valid Massage Therapist license
• Participation in ongoing training or education

Requirements:

• Current Texas Massage License
• Liability insurance and background check clearance
