Job Description:

You will receive paid training to become an elite stretch therapist through our iFlex Stretch Therapist Certification Program. Once certified, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their flexibility and mobility goals through 25 or 50-minute personalized stretch sessions. Additionally, you will contribute to operational duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, booking new client first visits, client account maintenance, and other clerical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalized stretch sessions for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and adhering to all safety policies.
3. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and motivating studio environment.
5. Build iFlex Stretch Studio’s clientele by handling various steps in completing proper agreements & documentation after the new client sale.
6. Contribute to monthly key metrics.
7. Perform front desk duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, follow-up with prospects, booking new client first visits, client account maintenance, and other clerical tasks as needed.
8. Participate in ongoing training to enhance and expand stretch therapy, front desk, and client management skills.
9. Assist with cleaning & maintenance of the studio & attend all staff meetings.
10. Assist with offsite events/outreach as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in chiropractic, personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or related fields.
• Certification in a health/fitness/medical/therapeutic modality or equivalent education.
• Successful completion of our iFlex Stretch Training Certification Program, including online tutorials, hands-on training, and 20 hours of practice.
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client.
