Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking a skilled Lead Massage Therapist to drive success in our spa.

As the Lead Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for organizing, promoting, developing, and supervising the Massage Therapists. You will ensure all therapists provide cutting-edge, personalized, and safe treatments that encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity to customers, ensuring a positive experience
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate Massage Therapists to foster career growth through training and performance assessments
• Monitor individual revenue goals of therapists to ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Maintain massage therapy rooms with supplies, cleanliness, and organization, including fresh sheets and neatness

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of massage experience in a professional setting
• Knowledge of spa and body treatments preferred
• Valid Massage Therapist license
• Participation in ongoing training or education at Hand and Stone is encouraged

Requirements :

• Valid liability insurance and ability to pass a background check

Pay : $35+ per hour on average, with tips, commissions on enhancements, and bonuses (up to $50+ per hour)
