Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience with analytical techniques in a research and development lab (BS/BA).
• 2-5 years experience for MS/MA degree holders; 0-2 years for PhD holders.
• Ability to design, execute, and interpret assay development experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead assay design, development, optimization, and validation under supervision.
• Prepare SOPs and validation reports for review by licensed directors.
• Collaborate with informatics to develop programs and databases for assay execution.
• Present scientific updates at R&D meetings and maintain awareness of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
