Glen Gate Company in Wilton, CT is seeking a Masonry Crew Member to join our team and support retaining wall, pool, and patio projects. You will mix mortar, lay bricks or blocks, read blueprints, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Builds retaining walls, pools, walkways, patios and other structures with bricks, stone, or blocks.
• Cuts bricks and mixes mortar; lays bricks on mortar bed.
• Measures brickwork to ensure proper structure; consults on shape and finish.
• Plans drying time; monitors weather for proper curing of concrete.
• Uses forms to shape concrete; operates hand and power tools to finish surfaces.
• Waterproofs or restores surfaces using sealing compounds; cleans site after work.
