Job summary

Vacatia is seeking an Event Supervisor to lead on-site events across markets in FL, VA, NC, SC, MD, PA, DE, NV, and AZ. You will oversee booths, train representatives, and drive lead generation while delivering memorable guest experiences.

This role requires frequent travel, weekend work, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Vacatia offers weekly pay, paid training, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in event marketing, promotions, or lead generation.
• Proficiency with digital lead capture tools, tablet applications, and email systems (Excel familiarity preferred).
• Comfortable traveling frequently between large market areas, including weekends, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to field event management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site event operations, ensuring setup, execution, and tear-down of booths and displays.
• Coach and train event representatives to meet lead generation goals and maintain product presentation standards.
• Research and secure new event opportunities, including contracts, insurance, and vendor paperwork.
• Model engagement strategies for the team and actively participate in lead generation activities.
• Manage lead data using tablet applications and collaborate with the Production Manager on event strategy.

Your Impact as an Event Supervisor:

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year in event marketing, promotions, or lead generation, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency with digital lead capture tools, tablet applications, and email systems (Excel familiarity preferred).
• Comfortable traveling frequently between large market areas, including weekends, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a hands‑on approach to field event management.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport event equipment.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
