LEAD Staffing is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Framer to lead framing and carpentry operations on construction sites in Jacksonville, FL. You will read blueprints, coordinate daily schedules, and oversee installation of framing, rebar, masonry, roofing, and more while enforcing safety standards.

Ideal candidates have proven site-management experience, hands-on expertise with metal buildings, concrete forming, and restoration projects, plus strong leadership and teamwork skills to drive on-time

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on framing or carpentry roles.
• Hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, stucco, and restoration projects.
• Blueprint reading and ability to work from schematics for complex tasks.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in framing and carpentry.
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely in diverse construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for construction activities.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Oversee installation of rebar, metal studs, siding, stucco, roofing, trim carpentry, and masonry components.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure site.
• Conduct quality inspections and address issues to maintain high standards of work.
