Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end manufacturing test strategy across prototypes to high-volume production.
• Influence product architecture and tolerance strategies to improve testability and manufacturability.
• Establish test frameworks, standards, and decision criteria for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, validation, and quality to align verification with production test capabilities.
• Architect and deploy scalable test systems including test stations and HIL rigs for throughput and operator efficiency.
