• 2 years of experience as a lead in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, leading a team of 5–10.
• Set a clear daily agenda and ensure on-time production and safety.
• Train new employees and remove roadblocks to keep the crew productive.
• Balance planning with doing and maintain a safe, steady, productive day.
