Job summary

PCI is seeking a Manufacturing Tech Lead in Bedford, NH to oversee aseptic filling, labeling, and related manufacturing operations. You will mentor staff, ensure batch records and SOP adherence, and drive safe, efficient production in a cleanroom environment.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in pharma/med device, strong aseptic skills, and experience with controlled documents. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to PCI's safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry finished dose form preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and fill finish experience required.
• Experience in reviewing and creating controlled documents.
• Requires a high school diploma.
• Possesses the skill and aptitude to weigh and measure raw materials and operate basic Benchtop instruments.
• Strong ability to plan and prioritize complex activities to meet goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and prepare balanced decision.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to resolve and de-escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of manufacturing technicians to complete scheduled activities.
• Mentor and develop less experienced staff in aseptic techniques.
• Prepare solutions, aseptic filling and labeling of vials under sterile and non-sterile conditions.
• Operate aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Prepare equipment and components for sterilization and lyophilization.
• Adheres to SOPs/MBRs and maintains accurate documentation.
