Lead Manufacturing Technician
Round Lake, IL
Filling Department B Shift 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, 2-2-3 schedule
The Lead Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing all processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and any other relevant regulations. You will participate in departmental projects and quality teams. Under supervision, you will execute activities in production, revise documents, and may assist in technology transfers. The role requires technical knowledge for troubleshooting and leadership in compliance and safety.
Role involves physical activity, working around machinery, and possibly working in controlled environments with safety gear. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in loud or confined spaces. Some roles may require specific safety or gowning procedures and awareness of allergies.
