About the Role

The Lead Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing all processes in production while adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and other regulations. You will participate in departmental projects and quality teams, performing hands-on activities in production, revising and creating procedures, troubleshooting, and assisting with technology transfers. Leadership in cGMP compliance and safety is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead training and mentoring for manufacturing technicians.
2. Conduct safety audits and coaching.
3. Support manufacturing operations.
4. Operate production equipment and ensure GMP paperwork compliance.
5. Participate in continuous improvement teams.
6. Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6+ years of experience or AA with 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in English, cGMP regulations, and procedural writing.
• Experience with pharmaceutical equipment and process analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and computer skills.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage range: $18.85 - $29.62, with eligibility for incentives, insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits, depending on location and experience.
