Lead Manufacturing Technician
Round Lake, IL
Filling Department B Shift 5:00 am to 5:30 pm 2-2-3 schedule
The Lead Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing all processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations which could apply. You will participate in departmental projects and quality teams. Under supervision, this role involves hands-on execution, document revisions, complex procedure rewriting, and possibly assisting in technology transfers. The incumbent should have technical knowledge for troubleshooting and leadership in cGMP compliance and safety.
This role involves physical activities such as lifting, standing, bending, and working around machinery and chemicals, with safety gear requirements. Specific environmental conditions include controlled environments and potential allergens. Must follow gowning protocols and safety regulations.
