• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, resource requirements, budget, and metrics.
• Manage typically 5+ projects of varying size and complexity across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with the PMO and ensure governance structures are appropriate to project scale.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct reporting lines.
• Monitor progress against quality metrics, schedules, delivery commitments, and costs; mitigate risks and resolve issues.
