Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Mfg Engineering Technician to support manufacturing engineering projects and hands-on production improvements in Indiana. You will conduct tests, collect data, and analyze results to enhance process efficiency and product quality, collaborating with production, quality, and design teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or technician roles, strong CAD/CAM skills, and proficiency in data tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture/tooling design, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools, manufacturing equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
• Experience with CAD software, AutoCAD Inventor; CAM software Mastercam.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering projects by conducting tests, collecting data, and analyzing results to improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.
