• Drive improvements in quality, productivity, and cost savings with two projects annually.
• Update work instructions for clarity and collaborate with Quality Engineering to develop root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Communicate across departments to enhance processes and contribute to departmental goals with direct impact on results.
