Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Systems Engineering is required.
• 8 years of engineering experience is required.
• 2 years leading a technical team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a designated departmental process and ensure a reliable, stable, and sustainable production flow.
• Lead the new product launch team including manufacturing plans, process capability, and information flow.
• Plan capacity and capital forecasting with the department planning team.
• Determine parts, tools, and gauges to meet product specifications.
• Procure and qualify new machining, assembly, and test equipment.
