Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in IPC-J-STD-001 and NASA workmanship standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop design and manufacturing processes for flight harness assemblies.
• Partner with design engineering on harness concepts and manufacturability.
• Ensure processes comply with IPC, NASA standards and customer requirements.
