The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, and schedule adherence while troubleshooting technical challenges on the factory floor. You will collaborate across teams, drive continuous improvement, and apply engineering expertise within guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1.5 years of gas turbine or aero manufacturing experience.
• HS diploma/GED with 6+ years of gas turbine or aero manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba or similar procurement systems.
• Experience troubleshooting Atlas Copco or other digital torque tools.
• Strong mechanical acumen with floor-level troubleshooting of equipment, tooling, or production processes.

Responsibilities

• Understands manufacturing best practices and how the role integrates with upstream/downstream processes.
• Applies technical judgment to resolve complex manufacturing issues and proposes solutions beyond standard procedures when needed.
• Collaborates across internal teams and uses external resources/benchmarks to inform decisions.
• Owns and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing cell.
