Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans.
• Manage large project initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for new product releases.
• Estimate and track manufacturing costs and determine time standards.
• Provide guidance and training to other employees.
