We are seeking a Lead, Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing facility located in Camden, AR. The role will develop, implement, and analyze manufacturing engineering plans and projects and communicate them to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include defining, developing, and transferring manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems; developing manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes; actively participating with engineering project teams to coordinate new product releases; estimating and tracking manufacturing costs, determining time standards, and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines; and maintaining records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
