Job summary

Leggett & Platt Incorporated seeks a Machine Design Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer) to support our Automotive business. You will research, design, and develop equipment using electro‑mechanical products to develop and commission production equipment.

You will collaborate to implement tools for production processes and ensure production and quality objectives are met with effective technology and quality materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, design, manufacturing or electrical engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering roles.
• Strong math skills (algebra, trig, analytic geometry).
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD drafting software; SolidWorks preferred.
