Job summary

Eaton’s Power Components Division is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Automation for our Beaver, PA facility. This is an on-site role with relocation assistance available. The expected annual salary range is $86,000 to $126,000.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Automation will lead initiatives focused on improving manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment, with hands-on leadership in automation, project execution, and process optimization. relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline or related from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in automated assembly and/or machining production environment.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.).

Responsibilities

Industry 4.0 Project Leadership: manage automation, digital core, IIoT, additive manufacturing and systems integration.
Systems Integration: guide machine connectivity and data acquisition; support digital systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with plant leadership, IT, Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
