Job summary

Eaton's Power Components Division is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Automation for an on-site role at our Beaver, PA facility. This position leads Industry 4.0 initiatives, drives automation, and guides data-driven improvements in manufacturing processes across teams.

Relocation assistance is available. The ideal candidate has PLC expertise, Lean Six Sigma experience, and strong program management ability to deliver complex automation projects from concept to execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in automated assembly and/or machining production environment.
Experience with PLC logic and programming; Industry 4.0 technologies.
Lean/Six Sigma experience; project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Industry 4.0 project leadership, managing budget, timelines and objectives.
Guide systems integration and data acquisition across manufacturing technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with plant leadership, IT, Operations Excellence, Production, Quality, Facilities and Engineering teams.
