HOLT CAT Kilgore is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist for our heavy construction equipment shop. You will perform machining, layout, and blueprint interpretation, with responsibilities including supervising machinists on large projects and maintaining shop safety and quality standards.

Proven experience with CNC machines, extensive tool knowledge, and the ability to work in a team environment are required. Regular hours Monday–Friday, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of machining operations and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical publications.
• Experience with CNC machines and shop equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform standard machining and repairs on heavy equipment components.
• Lay out tasks, read blueprints, and draw working sketches.
• Operate CNC machines and other tooling to fabricate parts.
• Mentor and supervise other machinists on large projects.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in good condition.
• Ensure safety policies and quality standards are followed.
