Job summary

You will perform proactive follow-up by email and phone, move leads through opportunity stages, and maintain accurate CRM data and dashboards.

The role collaborates with Inside Sales, Sales Reps, and Product teams to improve lead conversion and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience with CRM and lead management systems is required.
Experience with LeadCentral, SAP, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage daily qualification and tracking of HOT and WARM sales leads within Salesforce and our lead tracking system.
Perform proactive lead follow-up through email and phone outreach.
Convert leads into appropriate opportunity stages and monitor aging and escalation as needed.
Maintain zero overdue HOT leads within shared sales queues and ensure timely actions.
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Sales Reps, and Product teams to improve lead conversion and reporting.
