Job description

The employee serves as a Lead Management Analyst for labor management, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, and classification and position management in the Human Capital Program Management Division (HCPMD).

Key Responsibilities

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: The employee utilizes a variety of coordinating, coaching, facilitating, consensus-building, and planning techniques to accomplish assigned tasks. The position conducts special human capital-related studies assigned by the Director of HCPMD.

Serves as a PFPA point of contact responsible for coordinating with the Washington Headquarters Services, Human Resources Directorate (WHS/HRD), other DoW components, the WHS Office of the General Counsel, Central Management agencies, and other Executive Branch agencies on matters of common interest such as resources management and HR legislation.

Works with supervisors and managers to accurately define duties and responsibilities of positions in support of the PFPA' s mission and function.
