Air Force Materiel Command seeks to assess organizational staffing needs and study workload demands to support long-range manpower planning. The role involves evaluating disciplines and skill requirements for evolving programs and missions within the Directorate and supported offices.
You will analyze programs, recommend improvements, and implement policies to enhance processes and ensure alignment with strategic goals for the Directorate and related offices.
Assesses the organization and other supported offices to determine long-range functional manning requirements. Maintains surveillance for the Directorate and other supported offices by studying workload surveys and evaluating and analyzing the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions of the Directorate and other supported offices. Evaluates and recommends programs and processes to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Recommends and implements new policies, practices, and procedures that provide responsive direction to Directorate and other supported offices. Participates in special initiatives, projects, and reviews applying analytical skill and expertise to improve processes for the Directorate and other supported offices.
