Position: Lead Technologist

Location: 7777 Forest Lane, Suite C-236 Dallas, TX 75230

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, and one Saturday per month 6:45 am-12 pm

Weekly Hours: Approx. 40 hours

If you want to join a dynamic team dedicated to quality and service excellence, we want to speak with you. The role involves performing imaging procedures, supporting office operations, and ensuring patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform mammography and assist with biopsies as needed.
  2. Monitor staffing levels and provide excellent patient care.
  3. Handle patient complaints and escalate as necessary.
  4. Assist with MQSA compliance, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  5. Respond promptly to clinical information requests from physicians.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies.

Team Management:

  1. Manage clinical team members, ensure compliance, and foster positive communication.
  2. Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  3. Address harassment/discrimination issues promptly.
  4. Meet regularly with the center director to review activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Passion for patient service and strong communication skills.
  2. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; RIS/PACS experience preferred.
  4. Completion of radiologic technologist training and current, non-restricted licensure.
  5. ARRT Mammography certification or eligibility with clinical experience.
  6. At least two years of healthcare experience, with preferred ultrasound and supervisory experience.
