Job summary

Kansas Health System is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to manage the Breast Imaging Department. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure patient safety, and coordinate with radiology leadership to maintain high-quality imaging services.

The role requires extensive mammography experience, appropriate licensure, and the ability to guide staff and residents in exams and equipment usage. This is a full-time on-site position at Westwood facility.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• 5+ years of mammography experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensure: BLS/BCLS, Radiologic Technologist (LRT), Mammography (M) with ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Breast Imaging Department.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and collaborate with physicians, nurses, residents.
• Plan, direct, and supervise staff activities in the Breast Imaging section.
• Maintain equipment performance and overall division operations.
• Prepare reports supporting Mammography budgets, purchasing, and staffing.
• Coordinate with Radiology Leadership to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide instruction to students, residents, and staff on mammography exams and equipment.
