Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a stamping manufacturing environment.
• Experience in metal stamping, heavy press operations, or tool & die manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses (50 to 1000+ tons).
• Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, sensors, motor drives, and automation systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of plant facility equipment and TPM/CI efforts.
• Drive TPM and preventive/predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Track maintenance KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
