Annual Wage Range: $64,800.00 - $89,100.00
Other Compensation: Eligibility for the Short-Term Incentive program and other applicable bonuses

Senior Technician Specialist - Future Opportunities

The Senior Technician Specialist works with the Specialty Catalyst Research & Development team in the polypropylene catalyst business at Grace. The team is a diverse and dynamic team of catalyst specialists supporting all projects within the polypropylene catalyst business.They work directly with a PhD chemist/engineer on innovation projects, new product development, scale-up activities, productivity projects and manufacturing troubleshooting. The Specialty Catalyst labs are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment where the catalyst team synthesizes catalyst prototypes, characterizes catalysts and performance tests catalyst systems.
The position is based on-site in Columbia, Maryland, Monday – Friday.
